Qualifications:

• Previous Customer Service Experience Required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to guide customers through the service process
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experience Preferred
• Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
