HVAC Technician

Founded in 1977, Triangle Contractors is a growing full‑service mechanical contractor focused on delivering turnkey HVAC and mechanical services to a strong base of commercial and residential customers. Triangle is located in Morganton, North Carolina and services a wider range of customers throughout Central and Western North Carolina. Triangle Contractors is looking for a skilled and dedicated Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various commercial heating, cooling and ventilation systems. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in commercial heating, cooling and ventilation systems Prioritize safety Provide high‑quality service and maintain excellent customer relationships Manage truck stock and maintain inventory according to company guidelines Keep truck and work areas clean, organized and well‑maintained inline with the maintenance schedule Read and interpret wiring diagrams to troubleshoot and resolve issues Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years experience in commercial HVAC service and repair CFCC certification required Valid NC driver’s license NATE certification is preferred but not required Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both customers and colleagues Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving and critical thinking skills Experience with commercial HVAC systems Compensation $35+ depending on experience Benefits Competitive pay Health insurance Medical and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Life insurance Disability insurance Professional development assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr
