Location: Sandy Springs, GA

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday
• Enjoy a consistent four-day work week with Fridays, evenings, and weekends free.

Compensation

• Compensation Structure: $55/hour or 32% of Net Production, whichever is greater
• Annualized Base Compensation: Approximately $114,400/year based on a full-time schedule
• Significant additional earning potential through a highly competitive production-based compensation model

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our thriving private dental practice in Sandy Springs, GA . Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, patient-centered preventive and periodontal care
• Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing (SRP), and preventive hygiene procedures
• Diagnose and treat periodontal disease in collaboration with the doctor
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal evaluations and oral cancer screenings
• Take and interpret digital dental radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and long-term preventive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide outstanding patient care
• Maintain OSHA and infection control standards while supporting an efficient clinical workflow

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Georgia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience treating periodontal disease, including Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) preferred
• Comfortable working within a double-column hygiene schedule
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional patient care
