Step into a fulfilling contract position working with students who are blind, visually impaired, and have multiple disabilities. This full-time opportunity spans from August to June, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:15 PM, in a supportive school environment. As a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you’ll make a measurable impact while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide direct therapy services to a diverse student group.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible Pennsylvania SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Comfortable delivering teletherapy sessions as needed
• Experience with students who are blind, visually impaired, or have multiple disabilities is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct SLP services to approximately 21-22 students with varying needs across mixed-age groups
• Develop and tailor intervention plans for students with complex needs, including visual and multiple disabilities
• Conduct assessments and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
• Adapt materials and therapeutic techniques to accessible formats
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for holistic student progress
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and professional development
