Neurologist

A well-established healthcare organization in coastal Maine is seeking a board-certified neurologist to join its growing outpatient practice. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a physician to practice high-quality neurology in a supportive and collaborative environment, with significant autonomy in structuring patient care. The position emphasizes a slower pace of life and an outstanding work-life balance, free from inpatient responsibilities and call requirements.
Practice Info
- 100% outpatient neurology practice
- Approximately 15 patients per day
- Appointment lengths are typically 30 minutes
- Work alongside an experienced part time neurologist and collaborate with hospital based physicians when consultation is needed
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient neurology services
Compensation
- We help negotiate your salary and contract
Shift & Schedule
- No call responsibilities
- No inpatient coverage required
- Flexible 4-day workweek
- Typically four 10 hour days each week, with flexibility available to accommodate physician preferences
Requirements
- Board-certified neurologist
- Visa support available for eligible J-1 candidates
