Role Name ServiceNow Architect - AIOps / ITSM / ITOM Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong AIOps implementation experience to lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role involves platform ownership, architectural governance, integrations, and technical leadership across ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and Scoped Applications in an Agile/Scrum environment. Location Seattle, WA Experience Required
- 8-12 years of experience administering, implementing, and configuring ITSM solutions in medium to large enterprises
- 5-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience across:
- ITSM
- ITBM
- ITOM
- Scoped Applications
- Proven AIOps implementation experience (mandatory)
- Led multiple ServiceNow implementation projects , including:
- At least one end-to-end ServiceNow implementation lifecycle
- Provide architecture and design inputs for ServiceNow implementations in a work-domain separated instance
- Design and architect ServiceNow AIOps, ITOM, and ITSM solutions
- Create solution architecture, technical designs, and specifications
- Plan, design, and architect ServiceNow integrations
- Review requirements and user stories; translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow platform standards and best practices
- Ensure adherence to architectural governance and platform standards
- Plan and execute platform upgrades with key stakeholders
- Lead and guide a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators
- Provide technical direction, mentoring, and training to the platform team
- Act as ServiceNow L3 expert for complex platform incidents and defects
- Support implementation, enhancement, integration, data migration, and support activities
- Collaborate with Platform Owner to define and maintain a Shared Support ServiceNow roadmap
- Consult with Business Analysts and Process Owners to define technical solutions
- Advise stakeholders on options, risks, and impacts to ITIL and business processes
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Provide regular status updates and follow-ups on development activities
- ServiceNow platform implementation, development, support, and enhancement
- Strong experience with:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- ITBM
- Scoped Applications
- ServiceNow Discovery configuration
- Run Book Automation (RBA) - preferred
- Custom application design and development on ServiceNow
- Proven experience implementing AIOps solutions within ServiceNow
- Experience with event management, alert correlation, noise reduction, and automation
- JavaScript (Advanced)
- AJAX
- HTML
- CSS
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and lifecycle
- Experience defining ITIL processes and mapping them to ServiceNow solutions
- Agile / Scrum SDLC experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong multitasking abilities
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- ITIL Certification - Preferred
- ServiceNow Certifications - Highly Desired
