OB/GYN Sonographer (Ultrasound Technologist)

We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN Sonographer (Ultrasound Technologist) for a hospital assignment in Boston, MA. The clinician will perform obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations to support diagnostic and maternal-fetal medicine services, maintain patient safety and comfort, and collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure accurate imaging and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• National certification in OB/GYN ultrasound from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent credentialing body.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an OB/GYN / Obstetrics sonographer.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Experience performing maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) exams or working in a high-volume obstetrics ultrasound department preferred.
• Proficiency with ultrasound equipment and documentation systems commonly used in hospital settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a hospital radiology or maternal-fetal medicine unit with multiple exam rooms.
• Additional sonography credentials (e.g., RDMS with OB credential) preferred.
• Experience with advanced obstetric measurements and first-trimester nuchal translucency protocols preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 07:00 - 19:30.
• Shift Days: Days.
• Work setting: Hospital-based maternal-fetal medicine/obstetrics ultrasound with multiple exam rooms.
