If you enjoy working with people, love cars, and excel at problem-solving, this is the perfect role for you. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the service department Schedule service appointments and follow up on repair orders Communicate vehicle issues, recommended services, and pricing clearly to customers Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns professionally Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions What We’re Looking For Previous experience in customer service, automotive service, or sales preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional and positive attitude Knowledge of automotive systems is a plus Why Work With Fremont Motors?
