Multimedia Specialist

Serve as the organization's primary photographer and videographer for marketing, recruitment, physician outreach, community engagement, and organizational initiatives. Plan, capture, edit, and produce high-quality photography and video content for use across print, digital, social media, website, advertising, and internal communications. Photograph physicians, employees, patients, facilities, events, community activities, and other marketing initiatives. Create short-form and long-form video content for recruitment campaigns, service line marketing, patient stories, employee spotlights, social media, and organizational events. Conduct and assist with physician, employee, patient, and community interviews. Edit and produce multimedia content using industry-standard editing software. Maintain and organize the organization's digital photo and video library. Manage and maintain photography, lighting, audio, and video equipment. Content & Social Media Assist with creating and developing engaging content for the organization's social media platforms. Capture photo and video content specifically designed for social media, including Reels and other short-form content. Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify stories, events, people, and initiatives that can be developed into engaging digital content. Assist with social media content planning, scheduling, and publishing as responsibilities evolve. Stay current on social media trends and emerging content formats. Assist with monitoring social media performance and identifying opportunities to improve engagement. Collaborate with the Marketing teamto develop cohesive marketing campaigns and visual storytelling initiatives. Provide photography and multimedia support for service line marketing, physician marketing, recruitment, community outreach, and organizational campaigns. Create graphics, titles, overlays, and other visual elements that enhance multimedia projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Digital Media, Photography, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Two or more years of professional photography and videography experience preferred. Skills & Knowledge Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom. Experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio, and video production equipment. Strong understanding of photography composition, lighting, exposure, and visual storytelling. Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends. Strong storytelling, organizational, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Adobe After Effects. Experience creating Reels, short-form video, or other social-first content. Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts. Motion graphics experience. Healthcare marketing experience preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and transport photography and videography equipment up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and travel throughout the health system for extended periods while capturing photo and video content. Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for organizational events, community outreach, and special projects. Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better in Photography or related field. Experience Required 2 years: Two or more years of professional photography, videography, digital media, or multimedia production experience preferred.
