Human Resources Manager

A growing commercial real estate firm in Charlotte's South End is seeking an HR Manager to serve as a strategic partner to the COO and help build and enhance key people initiatives across the organization.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for an HR professional with 5-10 years of progressive experience who enjoys creating processes, driving projects, and influencing business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and launch a campus recruiting and internship program
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of an HRIS platform
- Conduct compensation analysis, build salary bands, and support compensation planning
- Analyze and help optimize employee benefits offerings
- Partner with leadership on talent acquisition and recruiting efforts
- Drive HR projects and process improvements that support organizational growth
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices
- Support workforce planning, reporting, and people analytics initiatives

Qualifications
- 5-10 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong background in HR projects, systems, compensation, and talent initiative
- Experience implementing HR processes, programs, or technology solutions
- Ability to work independently and influence leaders across the business
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site
