Position: Team Member

Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible | Job-Based Hours

What You’ll Be Doing

• Organizing, sorting, packing, and unpacking household items
• Assisting with downsizing, relocations, and home cleanouts
• Moving boxes, decor, and small furniture items
• Preparing items for donation, sale, or disposal
• Photographing and listing items for online auctions
• Assisting at estate sales
• Working closely with teammates to complete projects efficiently
• Supporting clients and families with professionalism, patience, and compassion

Job Requirements

• Must be able to safely lift 30+ pounds
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Must be comfortable standing, moving, and working throughout the day
• Availability will vary week to week
• Applicants should live within 30 miles of Guilford, Branford, East Haven, New Haven, Wallingford, or North Haven
