Now Hiring: Universal Banker We’re looking for a Universal Banker (Mount Dora) who will be one of the front faces of the Bank and our customer’s go‑to person for service excellence and consultative management of their banking needs. You'll combine the precision of teller transactions with the energy of sales and relationship‑building, giving you the opportunity to engage customers across multiple channels. Stay sharp on security protocols and emergency procedures, diligently complying with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Ensure successful audit results with every customer interaction and task. Support Your Branch See yourself as one part of the entire branch. Offer help where help is needed and you are always eager to learn and do more. Support branch opening and closing routines, actively participate in branch and staff meetings, and proactively support the overall growth and smooth operations of your branch. Occasional U.S. travel for company events. Sustained standing and sitting. Frequent communication (speaking and listening) and use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor.
