What we are looking for: The Village Family Service Center is seeking a North Dakota Licensed Addiction Counselor who is passionate about treating addiction to join the dynamic, family-like atmosphere at First Step Recovery. The position is part-time, with hours being at or around 20 hours per week, and include evening hours. Job duties would include evening Intensive Outpatient groups, treatment planning, documentation and individual sessions. When you work at First Step, you are part of a collaborative team that helps those who struggle with addiction become the person they want to be. We put our clients first, but also take care of staff. You will be required to have a valid, in good standing, ND license to practice addiction counseling. If you are a MN LADC, we can work with you for ND licensure. We can also help explore gaining a ND license from other states as well. What we offer: 403(b) Retirement Match up to 5% at hire.
