One Vision in Clear Lake is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician.This role is ideal for someone with hands-on maintenance skills, who is comfortable working with technology systems and implementing automations, likes a variety of activities and working in an open, transparent and team-based environment, and for a company providing support to individuals with disabilities living their best life.Your responsibilitiesYou 'll play a key role in keeping our facilities, grounds, and equipment safe and functional. Responsibilities include:Performing general building maintenance and repairs (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical)Troubleshooting and maintaining automated HVAC systems and controls, fire alarms and other facility systemsUsing an automated work order system to receive, track, and complete service requests efficientlyMonitoring, ordering, and purchasing maintenance supplies and parts to support timely repairsFleet service and maintenance, including insurance compliance and fleet monitoringSupporting seasonal duties, including snow removal and groundskeepingParticipating in an on-call rotation for maintenance needs to ensure staff and residents remain safeWhat Makes You a Great FitYou have prior maintenance experience and are confident with basic building repair.
