Odyssey's network of behavioral healthcare services provides support to individuals throughout their journey by combining compassionate, evidence-based treatment with concierge-quality amenities.Position SummaryReporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director, Strategic Finance & FP&A is a senior individual contributor responsible for owning both corporate and market-level financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. This role partners closely with executive leadership and operating teams to deliver accurate forecasts, disciplined budget-to-actual analysis, clear service line unit economics, and executive-ready dashboards that enable better decisions across the organization. This role is hands-on, analytical, and execution-oriented, with a strong emphasis on clarity, timeliness, and usability of financial insights.Position ResponsibilitiesOwn company-wide and market-level forecasting processes, improving forecast accuracy and forward-looking visibilityLead monthly budget vs. actual and flux analysis, clearly identifying key drivers and implicationsDevelop and maintain unit economics analysis by service line and market, including margin and operational KPI performanceBuild and maintain executive dashboards and operating scorecards to support leadership decision makingSupport monthly financial and operating reviews with clear, concise financial insights and narrativesDevelop and maintain advanced financial models, including three-statement models, cash flow forecasts, covenant and liquidity models, and operational KPI modelsPartner with Accounting to ensure alignment between actual results, forecasts, and management reportingEstablish and continuously improve FP&A processes, reporting cadence, and analytical rigorPrepare materials that flow to executive leadership and external stakeholders, including Board and investor reportingPartner with Divisional CFOs to own/support annual budget processQualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, with 5-9 years of progressive FP&A strategic finance experience. This is an in-office role, with the potential to have remote working days once the role has been established.
