- Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner for patients, staff and visitors
- Prepare food according to recipes, menus and dietary requirements
- Assist with meal tray preparation and delivery
- Follow food safety, sanitation and infection control guidelines
- Take and record food temperatures
- Complete food prep, kitchen cleaning and dishwashing duties
- Assist with inventory, stocking and maintaining a clean kitchen
- Work closely with Dietary Aides and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors and coworkers
- Previous food preparation or commercial kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Reliable with excellent communication skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare meals accurately
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Full-time
- Every other Saturday and Sunday
- Additional weekday shifts (typically Thursdays and Fridays) may be available based on scheduling needs
- $18.15-$22.69 per hour
