Manufacturing Technician

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for Manufacturing Technician.

Position type: Full-time - Contract
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Menlo Park, CA

As a Manufacturing Technician , you will:

• Assemble electromechanical sub-assemblies per work instructions, drawings, and BOMs
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safely
• Perform in-process inspections and final visual inspections
• Identify defects, workmanship issues, or missing components and escalate appropriately
• Support production schedules by completing builds on time and communicating blockers

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing pertaining to mechanical assembly
• Demonstrated experience supporting the production of complex electromechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with PLM (e.g., Arena)and ERP (e.g., NetSuite) systems
• Background in electronics manufacturing and mechanical assembly
• Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up,
• Ability to thrive in a startup or rapidly evolving environment
• Soldering and PCB rework techniques

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*:Between$30 - $40 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
