Location: Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Florida

Position Overview:

As an Order Happiness Hero, you are at the heart of our customer experience—making sure every order is picked, packed, and shipped with care. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and with a great first impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Receive incoming inventory and organize stock
• Assist with inventory tracking and organization
• Ensure all packages meet quality and presentation standards
• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Support the team in meeting daily fulfillment goals

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to lift and move packages as needed and stand on feet all day
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus (but not required)
