Physician - Pediatrician

Job Summary The University of Kentucky seeks an Assistant, Associate, or Professor in Lexington, KY to provide care services in the Pediatric Genetics/Metabolic division. This position requires an MD, DO or foreign equivalent, completion of residency in Pediatrics or internal medicine, and fellowship for clinical and/or biochemical genetics. The faculty member will organize and supervise clinical services for genetic, dysmorphic or metabolic problems occurring in children and adults. The services will be provided in the Kentucky Clinic, the Kentucky Children’s Hospital and outreach clinics. Licensing / Registration / Certification Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics Board eligible or certified in genetics (clinical, biochemical, and/or molecular) Eligible for or licensed to practice medicine in the state of Kentucky Education & Experience Completion of pediatric or internal medicine residency and fellowship for clinical and/or biochemical genetics.
