Day Shift (1st): 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening Shift (2nd): 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night Shift (3rd): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving dignity and independence
Assist nurses with treatments and clinical care as directed
Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition
Record accurate documentation of care provided
Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

Active North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or GED preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Strong communication and customer service skills
Long-term care experience is a plus—but not required
