Sales Professional

Our company services Harford, Cecil, and Baltimore Counties. We are looking for a sales professional with at least 2 years of sales experience. Job Responsibilities Meet with customers to discuss their fencing and/or decking needs Perform site visits and take measurements (scheduled site visits will range from Monday-Saturday; Saturday availability is a must) Prepare and present project estimate(s) to customers Manage customer follow-up and close sales Coordinate projects from contract signing through to completion Ensure job details are accurate Maintain contact with your customers Maintain organized records, paperwork, documentation, etc. regarding customers and projects Skills/Qualifications Sales experience is required (construction or home improvement based experiences are a plus) Strong communication skills Strong closing skills Strong time management skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to manage multiple projects and customers at a time Comfortable using email and basic computer tools Prior fencing and/or decking knowledge is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a must Ability to Commute Harford County, MD (Required) Baltimore County, MD (Required) Cecil County, MD (Required) Benefits 401(k) 401(k) 4% Match Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Excel Fencing and Decking
