Lead and direct Framatome employees assigned to outage activities. Direct planning and scheduling support, coordinate cost estimates and procurement, and design support plans prior to and during the outage. Monitor progress of outage work, identify problems, revise schedules and budgets, and report status of outage to management. Coordinate operations and maintenance activities during the outage. Oversee implementation of ALARA programs, prepare outage-related documentation, and assess the adequacy of planning documents and systems. What You'll BringBachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. Minimum of 10 years of related experience. Basic contractual requirement knowledge. Advanced technical knowledge of processes, equipment and product lines. Excellent communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data. Leadership characteristics.Total Rewards PackageTotal Rewards Package Salary: $131,000 - $188,000 per year, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
