Senior Sales Consultant

To support a growing consultancy, the full-time Senior Sales Consultant will work remotely to optimize client sales processes, provide expert training on sales methodologies, and mentor fellow consultants in enhancing service delivery. Key responsibilities Assess and optimize client sales and service processes, designing scalable strategies to achieve client goals Stay updated on sales and service best practices, providing recommendations and expertise in HubSpot and other CRM tools Develop and implement training plans for technology adoption and change management, while mentoring fellow consultants Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in sales consulting, revenue operations, or B2B sales strategy Certified instructor in Sandler, Winning by Design, Dale Carnegie, or similar methodologies preferred Proven expertise in sales process design and CRM requirements gathering Strong understanding of sales methodologies, forecasting, and analytics Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent CRM platforms
