About the Position

Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Charge RN – New Hampshire

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Northern New Hampshire

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week, every other weekend

Highlights:

• Charge RN position with leadership responsibilities in the Emergency Department
• Hybrid role: 60% Emergency Department, 40% critical access charge coverage
• Work in a Critical Access Hospital setting with cross-departmental collaboration
• Floating to Medical/Surgical and Stepdown units to provide backup support
• No on-call requirements
• Minimum 13-week assignment for experienced travel nurses

Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire RN license or compact license eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of current Emergency Room experience required
• Previous Charge RN experience required
• Critical Access Hospital experience highly preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Current TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification required
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Must reside 50+ miles from facility location
• Complete Emergency Room skills checklist and supervisory reference from past year
