Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Beasley, TX, United States, 77417 Chart’s Warehouse Coordinator position plays a key role in the inventory process of Chart’s products. This position will be responsible for overseeing 20 or more direct reports to maintain material and supplies for high quality manufactured products used worldwide. What Will You Do? Lead, direct, and coordinate the activities of the hourly workforce. Handle personnel items such as new hires, promotions, training, employee relations issues, etc. Monitor work areas. Track and approve vacation and attendance. Maintain all training documents. Ensure all relevant teams are aligned and copied on communications, including emails, Teams chats, and text messages. Review production schedules daily before production begins. Organize and plan ahead to stay prepared for material changes and volume fluctuations. Anticipate labor needs and communicate them in advance to supervisory teams. Maintain proactive readiness by reviewing and preparing for daily production activities and upcoming schedule demands. Communicate material and labor needs in a timely manner. Analyze root causes of ongoing problems and propose realistic corrective actions. Physical Work Environment PPE required daily. Indoor/Outdoor environment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 pounds. Frequent sitting, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, walking, and climbing. Frequent pushing, pulling, and handling of material. Occasional climbing and working at elevated positions. Qualifications Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum Experience: 2 years experience in a manufacturing setting; 3–5 years managerial experience in a fast‑paced environment. Minimum computer skills: JDE, Kronos, Microsoft Office. Process improvement experience. Machine operations knowledge. Expanded knowledge of BI Reports. Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus. Requirements Follow all safety procedures.
