Esta búsqueda es para sumarte a un proyecto de transformación digital para una entidad bancaria líder de la región, donde vas a colaborar en la modernización de canales digitales, la integración con sistemas core y la adopción de nuevas arquitecturas cloud, dentro de equipos multidisciplinarios ágiles. Buscamos cubrir la vacante durante agosto/septiembre, bajo la modalidad de contratación contractor. ¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades? Asegurar la correcta adopción del framework Scrum para maximizar los beneficios de su uso en el equipo Facilitar los eventos de Scrum y remover impedimentos que afecten el avance del equipo de desarrollo Guiar al equipo en ser auto-organizado, multifuncional y orientado a la mejora continua Ayudar al Product Owner a priorizar y mantener un backlog claro, conciso y de valor Fomentar la colaboración, la transparencia y el uso correcto de las herramientas ágiles del equipo ¿Qué esperamos de ti? Experiencia sólida como Scrum Master liderando equipos de desarrollo ágil Conocimiento profundo del framework Scrum (eventos, artefactos y roles) Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y resolución de conflictos Capacidad de motivar cambios que incrementen la productividad del equipo Experiencia guiando equipos en organizaciones en proceso de adopción ágil Podemos utilizar herramientas de inteligencia artificial (IA) para apoyar partes del proceso de selección, como la revisión de postulaciones, el análisis de currículums o la evaluación de respuestas.
