Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and implementing solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Assist customers in navigating our products and services, providing detailed information and advice.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been satisfactorily resolved.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customers and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
