Position Summary We are looking for a talented individual to excel and grow at a hybrid position within our bustling office. The candidate must be friendly and able to assist our busy office staff with administration as well as work beside the accountant to enhance efficiency with bookkeeping and accounting needs. Responsibilities Assist the office staff with administrative tasks. Support the accountant for bookkeeping and accounting functions. Requirements Consistent attendance and punctuality. Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills, especially phone etiquette and concierge services. Minimum two (2) years office experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based software. Quickbooks efficiency preferred. Skills & Abilities Effective communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations in a professional manner. Maintain meticulous filing system with appropriate documentation. Maintain professional internal/external relationships. Multi-task while adapting to changes. Work independently or in teams. Present clean and professional image at all times.
