Senior Brand ManagerThe Senior Brand Manager will partner with senior leadership to shape and execute the growth strategy for a portfolio of iconic premium brands. The role will lead integrated brand and portfolio strategy, product innovation, consumer marketing, agency partnerships, digital and social media, CRM, content development and competitive intelligence. With ownership of brand performance and P&L delivery, the Senior Brand Manager will strengthen brand equity, elevate consumer desirability and engagement, and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.ResponsibilitiesServe as a brand steward, strengthening positioning, desirability and consumer relevance while delivering sustainable, profitable growth.Brand and portfolio strategy, identifying opportunities to premiumize the portfolio, strengthen brand equity and unlock future growth.Drive product innovation process—from consumer insight and concept development through commercialization and launch—aligning agency partners, Product Capability teams and manufacturing facilities behind the brand vision and commercial ambition.Own brand performance and P&L delivery, including investment planning, forecasting, pricing, profitability and ongoing identification of growth opportunities.Develop compelling brand strategies, business cases and performance updates for senior leadership and key stakeholders.Partner with Trade Marketing to translate brand strategy into elevated merchandising, promotional and channel programs that increase visibility, distribution and consumer engagement.Develop distinctive consumer activations, experiences and event platforms that bring each brand's positioning to life and deepen consumer relevance.Build an integrated digital engagement strategy across social media, content, CRM and emerging platforms to grow brand communities, strengthen consumer relationships and drive measurable results.QualificationsBA/BS in Marketing5+ years of work experienceFluent in English and Spanish (writing, reading and speaking)Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPointStrategic planning with Brand Strategy, Segmentation and Direction to drive brand growthIntimate knowledge and experience with digital and social media tools and tactics for businessSuperb oral and written English communication skills; ability to be creative and engaging in written communicationMust be well-organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize & execute multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on time with excellenceAbility to think critically, creatively, provide data-driven strategic recommendations and to see an idea through completionStrong work-ethic, flexiblity and willingness to get the job done and be solution-orientedExceptional interpersonal skillsCigar experience a plusTraveling is required, up to 25%Work Environment ConditionsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to smoke or airborne particles.
