You'll have access to cutting-edge tools, training, and support that empower you to grow your clinical impact and career.Highlights of being a Fort Health TherapistWe fill your schedule so you can focus on what you do best—providing exceptional care to children, teens, and families.See insurance-based patients without the administrative hassle—we handle credentialing, billing, and claims so you don't have to.Dedicated front desk and care management teams support your patients and keep your schedule running smoothly, managing coordination and between-session needs.Therapist-friendly technology and EMR, including custom tools built in-house, streamline scheduling, documentation, and patient communication—so you can spend more time in session, not on screens.In this role, you willDeliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, teens, and families through our virtual care platform.Build trusted relationships that make families feel supported, seen, and understood—you are the front door to Fort Health.Collaborate with care managers, psychiatrists, and clinical leaders to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.Manage an up-to-date calendar and adhere to scheduling protocols.Participate in case consultation, peer learning, and ongoing clinical supervision to strengthen your practice.Contribute to an inclusive, growth-minded community of therapists passionate about improving youth mental health.Leverage cutting-edge tools, training, and data insights to enhance your clinical effectiveness and professional growth.Bring curiosity, compassion, and commitment to helping kids and families thrive—your work drives our mission forward.What we are looking forLicensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in Illinois (multiple state licenses a bonus).2 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with experience in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering effective care through telehealth.Able to navigate Doxy, EHR, and Google Suite to deliver care and communicate with team members.Passionate about providing direct care and owning a panel of patients for the foreseeable future.Availability to schedule sessions during weekdays 3:30 pm-8:30 pm and/or weekends as needed.This is a remote position and candidates must reside in the United States and have access to the internet.What we offerFlexible Schedule and Compensation: This is a Part-Time 1099 Contractor role.
