Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

A Dunkin' Shift Leader (SL) understands and exceeds guest expectations, needs and requirements.

A successful   SL  sets and maintains high standards for oneself, others, and acts as a role model.

SL 's  identify and communicate team goals and seek to understand conflict through active listening.

SL 's  identify and resolve issues and problems to provide guests with a pleasant experience.

Relationships with team members are expected to be developed and maintained by all  SL 's.
