Job Summary Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a pool of open rank, part-time and limited term faculty positions in the Department of Computer Science for the academic year 2026-2027. These positions are on an as needed, semester-by-semester basis. Rank is determined at the time of hiring and will be commensurate with credentials. These positions are for work to be performed in the state of Georgia. Responsibilities Teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in computer science and/or AI/machine learning Teaching either face-to-face, hybrid, or fully online Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines. Required Qualifications To teach undergraduate courses: A minimum of a Master\'s degree, or the foreign equivalent, in computer science, AI/machine learning or a closely related discipline is required at the time of hire. OR A minimum of a Master\'s degree, or the foreign equivalent, in a non-related discipline with 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline is required at the time of hire. To teach graduate courses: A Terminal/Doctorate degree, or the foreign equivalent, in computer science, AI/machine learning or a related discipline is required at the time of hire.
