You will set strategic long-term goals for Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare, partnering with Medical Directors to refine criteria and benefits. You will oversee complaints and grievances reporting, ensure compliance with contracts and regulations, and manage audits (NCQA, EQRO, CMS, DMAS, BOI).
