• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.; Wednesday 7:00 a.m.7:00 p.m.; Saturday 7:00 a.m.12:00 p.m.

What You'll Do

• Answer multiple phone lines and assist clients with appointment scheduling
• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Support patient check-in and check-out processes
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Communicate hospital services, policies, and recommendations clearly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Provide exceptional customer service during every client interaction
• Support daily front desk operations and workflow management
