Customer Service Manager:

Hours: Full-Time, M-F 8:00-4:30

Location: Des Moines, IA & Adel, IA

Pay: $27/hr + Full Benefits

Job Description: As part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for all aspects of customer service for our Dallas County branch. We are seeking a highly independant and detail oriented team member who is a quick learner and motivated to take on a managerial role in our quickly growing Dallas County office. Training for this position will take place in both our Polk and Dallas County offices.

Job Duties:

• Processing Orders
• Searching information for order entry and job creation
• Assigning work to other departments
• Answering Calls
• Communicating with customers
• Preparing orders for courier pickup
• Retreiving and putting away abstracts for storage
• Creating recepits for order pickup and delivery
• Pulling physical records from the Recorder's office
• Presenting Real Estate filings to the County Recorder

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Organizational skills
• Customer Service Experience
• Effective Communication
• Computer Skills
• Detail Oriented
