Employee Relations Manager

Bilingual Employee Relations Manager (English/Spanish) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Bilingual Employee Relations Manager to lead employee relations initiatives and support a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, providing guidance on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance management, policy interpretation, and employment law compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish . Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary employee relations resource for managers and employees Investigate employee concerns, complaints, policy violations, and workplace issues Conduct thorough and confidential workplace investigations and provide recommendations for resolution Advise managers on employee performance, disciplinary actions, corrective action plans, and terminations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Partner with HR leadership to mitigate risk and maintain a positive employee experience Support conflict resolution, mediation efforts, and employee engagement initiatives Analyze employee relations trends and recommend proactive solutions Assist with policy development, implementation, and communication Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Operations, and leadership teams to support organizational objectives Maintain accurate documentation and records related to employee relations matters Deliver training to managers and employees on workplace policies, compliance, and employee relations best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with a strong focus on Employee Relations Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex employee relations matters Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices Excellent conflict resolution, coaching, and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Experience supporting multi-site operations, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or corporate environments preferred Required Skills Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Employee Relations Workplace Investigations Performance Management Employment Law Compliance Policy Interpretation & Development Manager Coaching HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification Experience supporting hourly and exempt employee populations Experience partnering with Operations leadership in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of leave administration, accommodations, and compliance programs Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
