This role will operate within a remote outpatient setting facilitated by Crestpoint Counseling Center. While you will primarily work from your home office, regular virtual meetings will be scheduled to ensure support and collaboration with your peers and supervisors. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health through structured interviews and standardized tools.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that align with clients' specific therapeutic needs and personal goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual, family, and group therapy settings, focusing on the integration of mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral therapies.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adapting treatment strategies based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, ensuring safety and support for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain organized and HIPAA-compliant documentation of all client interactions and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans.

• Engage in ongoing education and training to remain current with emerging trends and advances in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Crestpoint Counseling Center, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (license types acceptable include LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
