Director of Nursing & Clinical Services

Worksite location: Quincy or Taunton, MA
An established, growing multi-site primary care and integrated behavioral health services organization is seeking a Nursing Director to lead nursing and clinical support operations across multiple locations.
This leader will oversee Nurse Managers, Lead Nurses, RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, and Care Managers while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and staff development.
Responsibilities
- Role reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer
- Lead nursing operations across 8 outpatient sites
- Develop and mentor nursing leaders and clinical staff
- Improve clinical workflows, staffing, and patient access initiatives
- Oversee infection control, onboarding, and clinical training programs
- Partner with physicians and senior leadership to enhance patient care and quality outcomes
- Provide hands-on nursing support when needed
Qualifications
- BSN required ; MSN preferred
- Background in primary care, ambulatory care, community health, or outpatient settings preferred
- 5+ years of nursing leadership experience with experience leading large, multi-site clinical teams
- 8+ years of clinical nursing experience
