Conduct a variety of routine and complex clinical laboratory testsranging from chemistry to hematology and immunologywhile adhering to established protocols.

Assess and validate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and be responsible for the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for various tests as required.

Keep meticulous records of all laboratory processes, mentor new staff and students, and uphold the highest standards of laboratory quality.

Ensure a clean and secure working environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health discipline, coupled with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire. Maintain ongoing certification throughout your employment.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork in healthcare.

Able to make independent judgments and solve problems in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.

Strong organizational abilities and acute attention to detail, particularly regarding quality assurance and documentation.
