• Identify,define, andimplementnew processes, tools, and featuresthat improvethespeed and reliability of commissioning GWh-scalebattery systems
• Define, collect, andanalyzesuccessmetricsand reporton thosemetrics toa broad range of stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally with engineering,operations, andbusiness personnel

• Degree in relevant Engineering discipline with 2+ years' work experience,or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability
• Demonstrated application of analysis,design, and testingto solve complex engineering problems(e.g., troubleshootingREST APIsor IOT user interfaces)
• Exceptional ability to communicate across a wide range of cross-functional teams and stakeholders with competence and clarity
• Familiarity with industrial power systems
• A passion for sustainableenergy
