Duties

You will serve to bridge the functions of the organization with the larger purpose and vision of NSWC.

You will develop strategies and vision for the Branch to support programs/policies.

You will ensure adherence to compliance areas such as Safety, Environmental, and Security.

You will provide positive leadership and act as a role model to workforce.

You will communicate up, down, and across the chain of command, and with outside organizations, sponsors and business partners.

You will manage a branch that is responsible for the design and verification of microelectronics for digital, analog, and mechanical technologies (including ASIC, SoC and mixed-signal technologies) for safety-critical military systems.
