Senior Manager, International Marketing, Migraine Prevention
AbbVie
Senior Manager position leading strategic marketing initiatives for migraine prevention products. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to develop brand strategies, drive portfolio alignment, and deliver patient-focused marketing within a matrix organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for migraine prevention aligned with portfolio direction
- Analyze market research, performance dashboards, and reports to generate actionable insights informing portfolio strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, and regional affiliates
- Drive brand differentiation through proactive communication and stakeholder alignment around key initiatives
- Manage external vendor, agency, and Key Opinion Leader relationships to maximize impact and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Proven success developing and executing brand strategies in portfolio settings
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing abilities in matrix environments
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills
- International travel availability as required
- Migraine marketing or therapeutic area experience is a valued asset
