Job Responsibilities
As a Custom Cabinetry CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and programming computer numerical control (CNC) machines to cut and shape custom cabinetry components. Your attention to detail and precision will be crucial in ensuring that each piece meets our high quality standards.
Key Duties
- Operate CNC machines to cut and shape custom cabinetry components according to specifications
- Program CNC machines to optimize cutting and shaping processes
- Inspect finished pieces to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines as needed
- Collaborate with Cabinet Builders and Cabinet Makers to ensure smooth production processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a custom cabinetry or woodworking environment
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes
- Attention to detail and precision in all work tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of cabinetry construction techniques and materials
