Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families, ensuring an understanding of their unique backgrounds and needs.

• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions, tailored to the patients' identified needs, utilizing therapeutic methodologies that foster trust and support.
\n
• Produce thorough documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, while adhering to specified time frames to ensure timely patient care.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to assist patients in maintaining stability and managing their mental health effectively.

• Create discharge plans to safely transition patients from active treatment while providing continuity of care as needed.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies and procedures.
\n
• Engage in lifelong learning to enhance professional competence through ongoing training and continuing education opportunities.

• Participate in team case consultations and agency meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies.
\n
• Complete all required licensure and training in a timely manner to maintain professional status.

Qualifications\n
