Registered Nurse Rehabilitation

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care in a dynamic Emergency Department setting. The RN will deliver high-quality clinical support to a diverse patient population with varying acuity levels and diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care in the Emergency Department, ensuring clinical standards are met.
• Float across MedSurg, ICU/PCU, and ED units to support staffing needs.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress, treatments, and interventions accurately in electronic health records.
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control measures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Active MO or compact RN license required, with at least 2 years of relevant hospital experience.
• Prior float experience in MedSurg, ICU/PCU, or ED strongly preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Demonstrated experience in travel nursing or working in diverse hospital environments preferred.
• Ability to quickly adapt to different units and patient acuity levels.
