Floating policy: occasional floating, would be used as a helper role

Certifications Required: BLS

Additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. Multiple staff members with 5 plus years of tenure, multiple staff member with 5 plus years of psychiatric experience, 12 hour shifts alternating weekends, recreational therapist on staff to assist with daily groups. Social worker on staff to assist with discharge planning. Very family oriented, supportive unit.
