System Analyst

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Employment Type: Full-Time We are partnering with a well-established professional services organization seeking a Systems Analyst to join its IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong desktop support experience who enjoys providing white‑glove technical support in a fast-paced, client‑facing environment. This role will serve as the first point of contact for technical issues, supporting end users with hardware, software, mobile devices, remote access, and day‑to‑day technology needs. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Provide phone, email, remote, and onsite technical support for end users. Troubleshoot Windows and Mac computers, Office 365, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral hardware. Resolve hardware, software, networking, and operating system issues while documenting work in the ticketing system. Image, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment. Support Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and mobile device management (Intune). Assist users with VPN, remote desktop, and other remote access technologies. Track and manage incidents through ServiceNow, ensuring timely communication and follow‑up. Maintain hardware inventory and documentation. Participate in technology deployments, upgrades, and IT projects. Provide occasional after‑hours support as needed. Qualifications 1-3 years of desktop support, help desk, or technical support experience. Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365. Familiarity with Mac systems and mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android). Experience with Intune or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. Experience using ServiceNow or another ITSM/ticketing platform. Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange. Basic PowerShell and Command Prompt experience. Experience supporting VPN, Remote Desktop (RDP), and remote access technologies. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds. Nice to Have Experience supporting legal applications such as iManage, Litera, iWorks, or similar document management software. VOIP phone system experience. Microsoft, CompTIA Network+, HDI, or related certifications.
