The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining a strong book of business. This role sells to local customers both in person and over the phone, while driving growth through community involvement, relationship building, and outside marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Building and maintaining a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
• Developing relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth
• Conducting outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partnering with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Staying informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
• Delivering results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations
