The family keeps a set schedule and will share it with their nanny. Both little ones are crawling and love to move, so they would welcome someone who enjoys planning fun, engaging activities. One twin is a big music lover, and their Toniebox is a household favorite. Both parents work from home, so they are always close by and happy to help while a new routine takes shape, including support at nap time when needed. Comfort caring for the twins through mild illness is needed. Responsibilities: Full child care Child meal prep Compensation: Pay: $25-30 per hour gross (agency employed) PTO: 1 hour accrual for every 30 hours worked Paid Holidays (if on a working day): 6 major federal holidays Qualifications: At least 1 year of full-time nanny experience Twin experience - BONUS!
