Job Description

This position requires a Registered Nurse (RN) willing to float to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). You will be working in a 225-bed specialty care hospital that offers a variety of services including Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine, Rehab, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine & Weight Management, Women's Health, and Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the NICU and other areas as needed.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and care options.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Experience in a NICU setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
